1. About this site

theunkn.com is a pre-launch information site for The Unknown Creators Community, operated by The Unknown Management Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("The Unknown", "we"). Right now the site does one thing: it describes the community and lets you join a waiting list. Full membership terms will be published at launch and will apply from the moment you accept an invitation to join.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to join the waiting list. By joining, you confirm that you are, and that the details you give us are accurate and yours to give.

3. The waiting list

Joining the waiting list is free and is not an offer of membership. It gives no guarantee of an invitation, a place, a founding-member position, a brand deal or any other benefit. Membership is invite-only and curated. We decide who is invited, when, and in what order, and we may close, pause or reset the waiting list at any time. You can leave it whenever you like by emailing us.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site as intended. In particular, do not:

• submit false, misleading or third-party details to the waiting list;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or data from the site;
• attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, design, layout and the Unknown name and marks, belongs to The Unknown Management Ltd or its licensors. Third-party brand names and trademarks that appear on the site are used illustratively only and belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any partnership, endorsement or commercial relationship unless we say so expressly.

6. Illustrative content

Pre-launch pages may show example campaigns, example creators, example earnings and product previews. These illustrate how the community is intended to work. They are not promises, forecasts or statements of current fact, and you should not rely on them in making any decision.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and waiting list are provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or your place, or lack of one, on the waiting list. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
